These Terms of Sale apply to the co-financed books on Book-a, which are available for sale through this platform. Book-a allows contributing publishers to offer and sell the products co-financed through the platform. The page of the book contains the details and appropriate information in the product offered by outside vendors.
Once the purchase order is done you will receive a notification in the e-mail you provided with your order details. This document will include data on the publisher of the book, which will be responsible for shipping and communication after this moment.
Electronic Communication.

Book-a is not liable for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if these were attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customs.

Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the district courts of the city of Luxembourg, which means that you can claim your consumer rights in relation to these Conditions of Sale in Luxembourg and in their Member State of residence European Union.
